[arm-allstar] tool to listen to courtesy tones

Generator or Emulator

I would like to experiment with creation / modification of courtesy tones.
Is there a tool or website that will let me play them as I make small
changes without having to apply the settings to my repeater and drive
everyone crazy as I test and tweak over the air?
