[arm-allstar] Hamvoip Pi to MTR200

We use the MTR2000 almost exclusively with great success on the Hawaii 
Mainland Allstar Network. This is the reference I use....

You need the wireline card to make this work. If the wireline card is 
not installed you will need to get one then do some alignments in the 
RSS. Pins 2, 10 & 19 are used on the 96 pin connector for COR and PTT & 
Ground The mating 96 pin connector can be had on ebay for cheap. TX & RX 
audio comes from the Wireline connector. Setup info for the Pi in the 
simpleusb.conf is no boost and usb on the other 2. If you set 
pre-emphisis and de-emphisis in the RSS, you don't need it in the Pi. 
Use duplex=3 or 4 in the rpt.conf. I got one of the 100 watt units from 
a government sale and it was set for 162.55mhz. They were apparently 
using it for weather broadcasts and as you know, those go 24-7-365. This 
machine is bulletproof!
