[arm-allstar] AutoSky County Name

One of the down falls to getting old is not remembering where you saw something or looking over it a thousand times, I'm not just a member of the club but I think I'm president. I saw a while back instructions on adding the recorded county name to the top of the hour wx conditions. Now it has disappeared on me. I have searched the archives and went through the HowTo's and can't find it now. AutoSky is set up and working great, If anyone has a link or a suggestion I would appreciate it and maybe there will be a little extra something in your stocking this season.
