[arm-allstar] Ip address voice

David was trying to get you to go to the link he posted which shows this-

Take a look at the /usr/local/etc/allstar.env file...Change:

export SAY_IP_AT_BOOT="enabled"

to:

export SAY_IP_AT_BOOT="disabled"
