[arm-allstar] sending two streams with streamcmd

Hi:

I want to send two versions of a node stream -- one to Broadcastify at 
their ridiculously low 16 kbps requirement, and another, higher quality 
stream to my own Icecast server. Yes, I realize this is 8 kHz audio, but 
compressing to such a low bitrate mp3 is just unfair to the audio quality.

Can I simply put two separate lines in rpt.conf pointing to two encoders 
and instances of EZStream, or should something else, like tee be used 
instead?
