[arm-allstar] Playback Command Audio Not Reaching Echolink Users

I have a node, 40105 which serves as an Echolink server too.  Users can
connect to my node via Echolink fine and communicate via AllStar.

I have a script that plays newsline in whole without any breaks.  That
script is called via DTMF.  The script looks like the following.

/usr/bin/asterisk -rx "rpt playback 40105 /tmp/newsline"

Newsline plays on the node and other nodes connected via AllStar hear
Newsline.

Echolink users do NOT hear newsline playing.

Any suggestions?
