[arm-allstar] Network outage at Wilmington, NC, site

Hi Everyone,

The mailing lists hosted from the Wilmington, NC, site were off-line on
Monday for most of the day.  This was due to a local fiber cut which
knocked both of our upstream Internet providers off-line.

All other HamVoIP services, including registration, DNS and websites were
not effected by this outage. All these services were moved to an alternate
data center.
