[arm-allstar] the basics in setting up a node

Hey guys,

OK, so perhaps some of you can help.  I'm really trying to learn this
allstar stuff, so i can be more independent with it, and do some of it
myself.
Is there a text document out there or info, when you put an image on a
pi, where to start, what files to modify and all that?
I have winscp over here, and can get into my node.  Just trying to
start somewhere so i somewhat know what i'm doing, lol.
