[arm-allstar] Echolink troubles

David,
I managed to solve the problem I posted about, it turned out to be a
typo in the echolink.conf.
However I several other questions about the Echolink setup and operation
that I can't seem to find the answers to.
1. It seems that the Echolink telemetry only plays on the primary node
on a Pi. Is there a way to make it play on another node simultaneously?
2. How do I make an Echolink connection from the radio side via DTMF?
For example, the Echolink test node is 9999. Sending 9999 or *9999
from the DTMF doesn't cause a connection. I've tried from both the
primary node and a permanent connected node.
A non-Echolink question: is there an Allstar test node? I hate to do a
drive-by on a random node.
Thanks for your tech support.
