[arm-allstar] Change Call ID Voice announcement

Keven,

The local voice ID announcement is controlled by the idrecording=
and idtalkover= statements in rpt.conf.

If you're using a voice announcement, you need to make a new announcement
file. This can be done many ways. From a bash prompt, one example is:

cd /var/lib/asterisk/sounds/

cat letters/k.gsm digits/7.gsm letters/k.gsm letters/a.gsm letters/j.gsm repeater.gsm letters/p.gsm letters/l.gsm digits/1.gsm digits/hundred.gsm letters/dot.gsm digits/0.gsm > /etc/asterisk/local/repeater-id.gsm

...Then, to test the new file you've generated:

asterisk -rx "rpt localplay 1999 /etc/asterisk/local/repeater-id"

...Change the node number 1999 to your actual node number. Once you're
happy with the announcement, one example for the rpt.conf file
modification would be:

idrecording=/etc/asterisk/local/repeater-id
idtalkover=|iDE K7KAJ RPT

...This will normally play the voice announcement. In talkover mode, it'll
play a CW announcement. Note that if you're wanting to make a customized
or precision CW announcement, there is an included program "tomorse" which
generates a sound (.wav) file containing the specified CW message (which
must them be converted with the sox program).

...Finally, save the rpt.conf file changes and then restart asterisk. It
should be good-to-go.

I just got a vanity call and would like to update my node.

I manually changed the rpt.conf files, idrecording= line to reflect my new call sign.
I then restarted the node but my original call did not change in the voice announcement.

Is there another file I need to change?
Better yet what are the steps I need to do to make this change?
