[arm-allstar] Change Call ID Voice announcement

I’m giving my question another go.

I just got a vanity call and would like to update my node.

I manually changed the rpt.conf files, idrecording= line to reflect my new call sign.
I then restarted the node but my original call did not change in the voice announcement.

Is there another file I need to change?
Better yet what are the steps I need to do to make this change?
