Robert,

Has Zoiper been working on your node or are you just setting it up now 
for the first time?

Press lower left Dialpad button on the Zoiper app to go to DialPad 
screen, below the account name at the top, do you see "ready" in green?

You need entries in both your extensions.conf and iax.conf files for 
Zoiper.  In my system in both places the stanza name, the heading in[], 
is myphone.
