Luc,
Try removing the host key that is no longer valid. Then, re-add it:
ssh-keygen -R 10.192.17.100
remote-command.sh 1400 *11410 222
....You'll be prompted: "Are you sure you want to continue connecting
(yes/no)?" Say yes and then everything should be happy.
