Yes, this is possible. In your /etc/asterisk/simpleusb.conf file, for the 
node where you want in-bound DTMF to propagate, set:

; Don't have asterisk process DTMF at all, allowing DTMF audio to pass
dtmf_dsp = 0  

; Asterisk processes and mutes DTMF (this is the default setting)
dtmf_dsp = 1

; Asterisk processes DTMF, but doesn't mute, so DTMF audio passes, too.
dtmf_dsp = 2


Note that this only working with the HamVoIP release.
