[arm-allstar] Website Down

Hi Everyone,

Several users with problems have sent me their IP addresses, so I went 
poking through the logs and found their requests and server ERROR 
responses!

I'm seeing what appears to be a broken web request coming from android 
apps for these users.  The log entries (where a.b.c.d replaces the 
original IP address) look like:

a.b.c.d - - [17/Nov/2019:19:24:41 -0500] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 500 5421 
"android-app://com.google.android.gm" "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 10; 
Pixel 3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/78.0.3904.96 Mobile 
Safari/537.36"

This is a 500 error (server misconfiguration), since it doesn't know what 
to do with the request for the URL: android-app://com.google.android.gm

So, are these problems showing up on mobile devices or desktop PC's????   
I'm guessing mobile devices.   I wonder if a broken android update just 
recently went out?
