[arm-allstar] Strange connexion from US operator using Yeasu HRI-200

I got a connexion on one of my node showing a call sign instead of a node number.
The operator says it uses Yeasu HRI-200
I do not understand how could that happen.
My iaxrpt connexion is password protected, and there is no echolink.
When doing the "rpt nodes 40020" I get K9 sometning call sign instead of a node number.
I had to stop asterisk to get it out. Was not able do force a disconnect to it.
How can we prevent that? that node has to be connected only to RF repeater, not an internet gismo...
What breach in my iax.conf do I have?
