[arm-allstar] Installing dvswitch

Hi Lawrence,

There is an alpha-test package which includes the dvswitch software for 
the HamVoIP distro.  The package is in the process of being updated right 
now and I'll make an announcement about it in the next few days.

Once this package is released, installing the base software will be 
simple.

I'll send a follow up message to the list soon.

The SSH Bash line doesn’t understand 
apt-get install dvswitch -y
Is there away to install dvswitch on this image ?
