[arm-allstar] Cannot connect to any node

Hi Tony,
Rachid had a legitimate problem, earlier. I worked with him on a temporary
solution, which he is using now.
BTW, the issue he was having is related to latency getting back to US
based servers. He may be the most distant HamVoIP user, from a
purely geographic standpoint.
