[arm-allstar] Cannot connect to any node

Hi Rachid,

I've not heard any newly reported problems with the latest update, and 
about 600 updated systems, so far.

I just tried to connect to your node 40248 and I get a connection failed.

I guess the node has been fully rebooted?  What type messages do you see 
on the asterisk console?
