[arm-allstar] Echolink outgoing not working correctly

As of this week when I try to connect to an echolink number it some how 
to connect to the last allstar node number(s) and not the echolink 
number. I also will have to admit I never tried to use outgoing 
connection, my in coming connections from echolink work just fine. The 
command I use is *30123456 I thought it was using 8-digits.

Anyone have an idea where I can start looking for this issue?
