[arm-allstar] Cron & SMS Screw Up....

 Had the same problem here awhile ago and after some searching this was the
best solution -

Add the MAILTO="" as the first line in cron

MAILTO=""
# Do not remove the following line
# required for lsnodes and allmon
15 03 * * * cd /usr/local/sbin; ./astdb.php cron >/dev/null 2>&1
.....
.....
