[arm-allstar] Node in cloud

OK, Well I am still not clear what you are doing. Since hamvoip does not
run on a PC. Do they offer RPi hardware? If this is not hamvoip then you
need to take it to another list.
Also to clear up some myths about the RPi and hamvoip vs running Allstar on
a PC. The RPi3 and certainly the RPi3 in turbo mode will support at least
70 direct connections and several radio nodes using the hamvoip software.
There is really no reason to use a PC to run Allstar. Obviously in the past
this was not the case and it is hard to teach old dogs new tricks. Also the
hamvoip software does make a difference in this case because it has been
greatly optimized for the Pi with outstanding high resolution timing which
is extremely important for a properly run Asterisk/Allstar. No other
distribution has these enhancements and no current distribution of Allstar
runs perfectly as a VM and certainly not up to the standards of the hamvoip
code.
