[arm-allstar] Bridging Allstar to an Echolink Proxy-enabled node

I use Echolink on my phone would drop connection all the time. I installed
a free VPN and went through it for Ethernet connection it was the best
thing I could have done. No disconnects for several months and when it
happened it was only briefly. I connect to WL7LP-R on the Alaska Morning
Net using relay but every once in a while it will kick me out of connection
and have to go to change to proxy. It will connect sometimes and other
times go back o relay and will connect back up. In my opinion, Echolink is
not very reliable, cause AMN runs 2 hours and longer at times, and drops at
least 3 times a day and some more times a day. I don't know if this helps
or not but maybe give a hint to what to do with yours. Good luck,
