I'm not sure where you got this information, but it is NOT TRUE. C-Media continues to produce the "A" series chips and I just 
got done placing an order for 500pcs through one of their approved US vendors.

I have *PLENTY* of *GENUINE* CM119A's to build new Repeater-Builder RIM and RIM_lite interfaces.
