[arm-allstar] ilink commands not working

Good evening Doug, 

Running into a connection fail every time I *3 a node. I tried multiple nodes with the same connection fail outcome. I read through your literature on the issue, did as you stated with no luck. I logged into my Supermon and my system is responding to the prompts as well as showing my Ptt-detected. Note if you look on Allstar it will show my node number in green BUT not highlighted in green, when you click on it you’ll see activity which of course is whatever activity I’m doing trying to figure this out.
