[arm-allstar] link radios for an allstar node

One of the Alinco DR-4XX radios work extremely well and have the serial
port on the rear of the radio. Just purchase the RimLite board for the
Alinco radio, plug it in to the back of the radio and the other end to the
RPi and it is ready to go. I have two of them working flawlessly. I have
two of the DR-435 MkIII radios. Look for the RemLite for Alinco board
