[arm-allstar] new number node?

Nodes are issued, and new AllStarLink memberships are processed multiple 
times a day.  Most people don't have to wait more than a few minutes.

I just looked under your callsign, VE2CKN, and I don't see any pending 
requests for a node.  What did the acknowledgement say?
