Carlos,

 I suspect you are not using Pi 3's and you are using WIFI dongles? If so
you probably need the extra package which install many drivers not in the
normal package. It is separated out because it takes up a lot of space and
is not needed by the large majority of users. If that is the case get and
intall this package -

pacman -Syu linux-firmware-hamvoip-extra

Reboot and see if the WIFI is back up.
