[arm-allstar] Unable to Disconnect From Node

As always, thanks for the explanation. Makes perfect sense. It was just nagging at me as to what the problem was.

You do have options. You could log in to your node via ssh or a terminal
and shut it down with Asterisk commands in the client. You also could use
Supermon the control your node via a web login.

It is however poor practice for a net to not have periodic breaks for
simplex users to disconnect if need be. Net control should explicitly
announce that they are breaking for 10-15 seconds for users who wish to do
that. I suspect they break for a short time now to avoid timeouts. If you
keyup quickly during that time you
might be able to get a disconnect in.

Of course this is all assuming your DTMF is working which I suspect it is
if it works at other tmes when the frequency is clear.
