Here is the config for the HHUS connection.

This STANZA should be included in the IAX.CONF file:

allow=alaw
allow=gsm
transfer=no
callerid="HH-N8XYM"    ; <---- NOTE: HH is used to prefix callsign to
designate HAMSHACK HOTLINE USER

This STANZA should be included in the EXTENSIONS.CONF file:

[hhus-n8xym-iaxrpt]
exten => 1,1,Set(JITTERBUFFER(adaptive)=default)
exten => 49670,1,Answer()
exten => 49670,n,Set(CALLSIGN=HH-${CALLERID(name)})    ; <---- NOTE: HH
is used to prefix callsign to designate HAMSHACK HOTLINE USER
exten => 49670,n,rpt(49670|P|${CALLSIGN})
exten => 49670,n,Rpt,49670|P

Once done editing files, save and reload your rpt and extensions file. 
Or you can just restart your Allstar node. 

You then should be able to pick up your SIP phone and just dial up
extension 94015.  To transmit, you dial *99.  To unkey, you dial #.
