[arm-allstar] Mute Button

Jim,

You mentioned that you have multiple tabs but I wanted you to be aware
that you could do all your nodes in one tab by adding them to the
akkmin.ini file and using one copy of supermon on one server. This makes it
easier to manage everything in one place.

As far as mute is concerned there is currently no easy way to do that
without adding that capability to the code. It could possibly be done but
would not be the highest priority on our list at the moment. I assume you
are listening to these nodes through a radio or iaxrpt connection?

One way this could be done is through a soon to be released USB
menu-support option in the Asterisk client. A script could read and store
the current TX setting, Set it to 0 to mute it, and return the previous
value to un-mute, This is something we could look into if there is more
than a limited demand for it. There could also possibly be an added command
to do that.
