[arm-allstar] IRLP help

Kevin,

 Did you get this resolved? The following was suggested but I am not sure
if this was your issue -

The “siggen” error is a pgp key error.

He needs to closely follow the setup instructions and setup callsign and
node in the environment file.

Also needs to install his IRLP “secring.pgp” key into the /home/irlp/.pgp/
directory.
