Vendel,

6=autopatchup,context=voipms,noct=1,farenddisconnect=1,dialtime=20000,quiet=1

The context name is the name of the stanza which is called in
extensions.conf, noct=1 means there will be no courtesy tone with
autopatch. farenddisconnect=1 means if someone hangs up it disconnects,
dialtime=20000 means it allows 20 seconds for someone (slow!) to dial all
the digits, quiet=1 means don't send any dialtone or pre-call message just
connect.
