[arm-allstar] use an alternate network interface for vpn

Tony,

Trying to use an IPv6 address is a problem---all current AllStar 
technology is IPv4 centric; no current support for IPv6 at all.

I'm guessing that the zerotier folks will be using a IPv6 <--> IPv4 
translation somewhere??  This probably isn't the easiest way to get 
started.
