[arm-allstar] 'rpt stats <nodename>' issues

Hello all..  I have been fighting an issue for many hours and have
determined that for some reason a node I have on a private network is not
fully functioning.  By not functioning its not updating the status server.
I have confirmed its registered by 'iax2 show registry'.

a. node Is running the latest version of HamVoIP.
b. when I run 'rpt stats <node>' nothing returns.  It is connected and
should return something as all my other nodes do..

Any clue where I can look or next steps towards resolution?  I have 4 other
nodes and all are functioning correctly and stare -n- compare reveals
nothing.   Short of reloading a new image I thought I would poll the group
at large.
