[arm-allstar] Macro issues

Bill,

 We ran tests on this tonight and it seems to work fine here. It is
possible that one or the other nodes you were connecting from and/or to
were not registered or registered with bogus information at the time you
tried it. Now that you have hamvoip registrations try it again and see if
it works now.
