[arm-allstar] Hot spot issue with IPhone XR AT&T

You aren't by chance running a static IP on your Pi are you? Obviously this
would not work since the network and IP address the phone wants to install
would be completely different than your LAN addressing.

Other than that I have no idea. It does work. People use it all the time.
As long as you are using hamvoip V1.5 updated code using DNS node lookup it
should work fine.
