[arm-allstar] ARM-allstar Digest, Vol 62, Issue 36

I am using WiFi fob and after some more investigating the pi 3 is not connecting to  phone either shows connected but node is not TX IP address. It must be issue with iPhone I change name on phone as well still did not work. Every thing work great off home WiFi so fob is working.
