[arm-allstar] supermon 6.1

Hi Jerry,

First, private nodes do not register.  Second, in the allmon.ini file, all
private nodes should have the following directive included:

hideNodeURL=yes

for each private node.
This will eliminate the two broken links in the header for each private node
in Supermon.

also it is showing me as not a registered node for some reason?
