[arm-allstar] Allmon help needed

Kevin,

The "could not connect to Asterisk manager" can be caused by several
things...

1. The IP address, username, and password are not correct in allmon.ini

2. The username, password and port in manager.conf do not match the
username, password and port in allmon.ini

3. The node you specify is a valid node on your server or a server you are
managing.

The port is usually always 5038 unless you change it. The ip address bind
port in manager.conf is by default 127.0.0.1 (same server) unless you are
using supermon to manage other servers in which case it needs to be
0.0.0.0 If that server is not in you LAN then you need to port forward the
manager port at the server you are managing and also firewall the port as
per instructions in the supermon manual.
