Robert,

But you can set the local CT to one of the Quindar tones, and the incoming CT to the other. It's not perfect.

 I think I know why you are asking and it has to do with the Apollo moon
landing!  Someone else asked about that and unfortunately under the current
telemetry system the answer is no. You can change the CT  to whatever you
want but it will be at the drop of COS.
