Hi Mike,

You shouldn't have any issues. On most systems, this new parameter
(txdsplevel) won't exist, so it becomes set to the default of 999.

Take a look at the contents of your /etc/asterisk/simpleusb_tune*.conf 
files. If the parameter "txdsplevel" is present, make sure it's set to 
999, like:

txdsplevel=999

...And, your audio levels won't change.  This new code helps support the 
newer CM119B and similar chips which have very course mixer level 
adjustment.
