There is an update out tonight which updates the simpleusb-tune-menu
script, the chan_simpleusb.so channel driver and corrects some minor mostly
display issues in supermon, lsnodes, and IRLP. Users should update using
the ADMIN menu item 1. IRLP users should update to improve file loading
reliability at boot.

A new parameter has been added to the simpleusb-tune-menu script called
Transmit DSP Level. this level allows fine adjustment of the TX levels of
your FOB if necessary. Most users will not need to use it or set it. By
default it is set to 999 and finely adjusts the TX level DOWN. So if you do
use it you would set the actual mixer level to a level a few steps higher
than required and then fine adjust by reducing the DSP level down from 999.
While it can be set lower the DSP level should be kept in the 800 to 999
range. Users of the CM119B chip could find the DSP setting more useful as
the mixer range of the B chip is much coarser than prior chips. This would
mostly be confined to repeaters where you are using a service monitor to
make more accurate adjustments. Always set the mixer level first and use
the DSP level to lower the gain.If not using the DSP level leave it set to
999. Note that the DSP level changes BOTH TXA and TXB channels equally.

Note that a few lines in simpleusb-tune-menu have been integrated into one
line to reduce the number of total lines to not exceed displayable lines on
certain displays.

In addition the chan_simpleusb.so module has been enhanced to provide for
the setting and reading using json of all configuration values. This will
be used in a supermon script allowing you to configure simpleusb
graphically. The updated supermon code to do this is currently in beta and
will be released soon.
