[arm-allstar] One of two USB URIs dropping off

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the reply.

History: Have been running these two node on a single RPI for many years w/
HamVoip.
Same DMK URIs I have been using.

What changed:
I installed a fresh HamVoip image on a new RPi3B+. I configured it at home,
using other DMK URIs connected.
I initially connected one DMK URI, went through the set up routine, then
added the second DMK URI and configured it separately.
Then I took it to the repeater site (60 miles away from home) and removed
the prior RPi and put in the new one.

Error Messages.
I currently have SSH open to Linux command line, and separate window to
Asterisk CLI.
Awaiting it to fail again to see what might be listed in output. Will
advise if I see any output.

Q. When it fails, are there any diagnostics/commands I can run to capture
status, before I reboot the Pi to get the repeater back on their air?

Best,
Randy
