[arm-allstar] text messages being received consistently from connected SIP phone

Thanks Bob, I was able to stop it on the phone itself, if you login to the
web interface as admin/advanced, go to the user tab and under supplementary
services set Text Message to no. This should be persistent across reboots,
but I have not tried that yet.
