Also make sure the .htpasswd file is readable by the web server:
chmod +r .htpasswd

first Happy New Year to all

ok... just did an install of a radio less node (Im using iaxrpt for
connectivity) all went well

Until I was doing the Supermon setup... following the .pdf from the website v1.20 - 11/11/18... when I go to log in... no matter what... it says login failed

redid the .htpasswd several times.. still no log in

also.. the third line in the header  (Allstar/IRLP/Echolink System
Manager) Does not show up

any suggestions....
