James,

  Yes, for the lines which you can change in global.inc here is an example -

$LOCATION = "<span style=\"color: red\">Richboro, PA</span>";

This would be the best way to do it since any other way would involve
change the style and that could be overwritten. When you do this inline it
overrides the style. Make sure you use the exact syntax. If supermon won't
load you have something wrong. The red could be replaced with any color or
numeric representation.
