[arm-allstar] Repeater fan control...

 Being one not to over-engineer a solution when it isn't necessary, I've always used a simple adjustable bi-metallic mechanical thermostat for cooling fan control. The added bonus is the inherent hysteresis so that the fans don't over-cycle.
Lot's of ways to accomplish this task, but I too like to keep things simple.73 de Mike
