[arm-allstar] Problem booting RPi image

Good day.

 

I am new to Allstar and I was recommended to use the Hamvoip image, the
latest being RPi2-3_V1.5rc50.

 

I have downloaded the image twice both as xz file and exe file. I have tried
2 different 16Gb SD cards and an RPi 2 and 3.

 

The image will not boot. All that displays on the HDMI monitor is the square
multicoloured Pi boot screen and nothing else.

 

Any suggestion? Please!! Before I give up.
