[arm-allstar] Asterisk Warning Message?

Hello everyone,

I'm Jim W8NSA, new user just setting up the HAMVOIP software.

While debugging other issues I noticed  a couple of items that appear to 
be minor errors.

The first is an Asterisk Warning:

  WARNING[2354]: pbx_config.c:2345 pbx_load_config: No closing 
parenthesis found?

A typo in pbx_config.c ??

The other is in the iax.conf file (and the _tpl file too):

[myphone-iaxrpt]   ; The stanza is the Username from the phone app

Should the networks below the calltokenoptional line be on the 
calltoakenoption line, or are the part of mangled allow/deny lines?
